Responsibilities:
As an LVN at California Post Acute, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring patients’ vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be a key figure of emotional support for patients and their families. You will be expected to document patient information accurately, communicate changes in patient condition, and assist care planning for patients. Additionally, you will ensure that patient care is provided in a safe and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:
A valid LVN license is required for this position. A proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care would be beneficial as well. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
